Junior Achievement's (JA) mission is to inspire young people to own their economic success and prepare them to succeed in a global economy. JA is the world's oldest and largest non-profit organization giving students grades K- 12 the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices. JA's volunteer-delivered, kindergarten-12th grade programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire students to dream big and reach their potential. Through our belief in the boundless potential of young people and the power of partnership and collaboration, JA helps prepare young people for the real world. By inspiring personal economic success, JA's vision is for students to become prepared workers and leaders who provide higher standards of living in their communities, their state and their nation.
