Volunteer Firefighter
Our meetings are on the second and fourth Mondays of the month at 6:00pm at DeSoto County Fire Rescue Station 1
At the second meeting you attend after completing an application the group will vote on your membership. Then the County's Human Resources will setup a time for a physical, drug test and background check.
After that you will be able to do volunteer ride time with DCFR. We do ask that you attend meetings, special events, fundraisers and 24 hours of self scheduled ride time
