Pop-Up Food Distribution

We’re seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with the sorting, packing, and distribution of food boxes for individuals and families in need. Volunteers will help organize donated food items, carefully assemble food boxes, and ensure they are distributed efficiently and respectfully.
This hands-on opportunity is perfect for anyone looking to make a direct and meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Role: Food sorting, Packing and Distibution
Location: The United Way Broward Parking Lot at 1300 S Andrews Ave Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316
Dates/Times: Friday, April 17th
1st shift: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
2nd shift: 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm
Requirements: Ability to work with another volunteer to lift heavy boxes (25 lbs +); comfortable working outdoors in a team setting.
Please plan to bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes as the packing, sorting, and distribution will take place outdoors.
