Assist Adults with Disabilities - Kissimmee

Help enrich the lives of adults with disabilities by providing companionship and activity supervision, either one-on-one or in small groups. You can read to the group, play board games, assist with arts and crafts, or help tend the vegetable garden. Do you have more specialized skills? Assist with musical or sports programs, apply makeup or style hair, or utilize your own special skills to engage and empower the clients.

RSVP, a part of Senior Corps, is America's largest volunteer network for people aged 55 and over, and has partnered with The Opportunity Center to recruit volunteers for this amazing program. With more than 300,000 volunteers tackling tough issues in communities nationwide, RSVP shows how you can apply the skills and wisdom you have acquired throughout your life to make a positive difference in the lives of others. RSVP is federally funded by the Corporation for National and Community Service. Our volunteer support services are 100% free!
