United Way Allocations Committee Volunteer
United Way of Pasco County is looking for volunteers to be a part of our 2020-2021 United Way Allocations Committee. As a committee member you will have an opportunity and a voice in the decision making process of what services and programs will be funded by the United Way of Pasco for the 2020-2021 cycle. We have many wonderful agencies from all different kind of focus areas apply for the Community Impact Grant.
The Allocations Committee will be organized into panels. Each Panel will be responsible for reviewing agency applications. Each Panel will be reviewing 8-10 applications during each of the session days. Allocation Volunteers will first receive copies of the application from all assigned agencies in their panel and will also hear from each of the agencies individually about their programs. Volunteers will be able to ask any questions on the applications or from the presentation. Presentations will be held remotely through a video conferencing system. Presentations will be held throughout the month of July specific dates are July 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, and 22.
