Food Sorters Needed

Food Sorters Needed! (No experience required)

Two 3-hour shifts per day, Tuesday – Saturday.

8:30 – 11:30 AM and 12:30 – 3:30 PM

You can help fight hunger Tuesday - Saturday (8:30 - 11:30 AM and 12:30 - 3:30 PM) by inspecting, sorting and packaging food for distribution to areas effected by COVID-19.

Feeding Northeast Florida helps local children & families, seniors, and veterans that struggle to put food on the table. Working with local grocery stores, manufacturers, and farms, we rescue high-quality food that would otherwise be wasted and transform it into meals for those in need.

Volunteers must be age 16 – 65 years old to participate in our warehouse. Volunteers ages 16 - 17 must show government issued form of ID. We accept individual volunteers and volunteer groups! We cannot accept court-ordered volunteers.

ALL VOLUNTEERS will be required to satisfactorily answer pre-screening questions before entering the building for the health and safety of others.

ALL VOLUNTEERS are required to bring their own face mask for admittance into our facility.

Must wear closed toe shoes! If possible, please bring personal hand sanitizer.

Individuals can easily sign up online at: https://fnefl.volunteerhub.com/
