The Lake County Medical Reserve Corps was established to effectively facilitate the use of private volunteers in emergency and disaster response. The mission of Lake MRC is to recruit, train and retain healthcare professionals and medical support staff volunteers who will be able to contribute their skills and expertise in response to natural or man-made disaster or public health emergency.
