BTC believes in bridging the gaps between our veterans and other organizations and the community, for the establishment of a cohesive unit. The strength of BTC relies on the trinity of Loyalty, Bravery and Honor as is exhibited by its Membership. Blacktop Tribal Confederacy RC is a 501(c)4 non-profit organization.
