http://onegenaway.comOur mission is to share hope, honor, and dignity through food. Our vision is to wipe hunger off the face of America by teaching people to love one another through service. We believe dignity and honor are inherent and equal in every human being. Sometimes, circumstances in our lives and systems in our world leave us feeling like our dignity and honor have been suppressed and our actions and choices have been stripped of their power. OneGenAway exists to help remove barriers that leave us feeling this way and, in their stead, leave hope. Our topic of choice: food insecurity. We hope that no one would have to choose between buying food and paying for another critical need, such as medication, utilities, or rent.
