http://www.5starveteranscenter.orgPassport to Independence is an intensive 6 to 12 month program that takes the individual veteran and creates a plan to achieve their goals. We provide the stability of on-site housing and 24 hour a day mental health service. The veteran is immersed in different modalities of therapy and outreach events to get them back to long term independent living. At Five STAR Veterans Center we understand that there is no one answer to healing a veteran.
