https://mymanatee.org/The purpose of this Emergency Support Function (ESF) is to provide for the coordinated use of volunteer support (organizations and individuals) and the distribution of donated goods and services to meet the needs of the area impacted by a disaster. All requests for goods and services, which can be provided through volunteers or donations, will be coordinated by ESF-15, based upon guidance and priorities established by the Emergency Management Command Staff and the Manatee County Policy Group.
